All orders received will be shipped and delivered within 4 to 5 days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipment:
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours of order placement. For Cancellations please contact us by emailing us at sale@noplaticshop.in or call us at +91 9910292400. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and money will be refunded within 48 to 72 hours.
Requests received later than 4 hrs will not be treated for cancellation as we strive to ship the order on the same day. So, please reach out to us within 4 hours for cancellation.
Refund Policy
We can only refund for items if they are defective or damaged. Customized bags with printing are not refundable and non exchangeable.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@noplasticshop.in and send your item to: TA 23, Shukar Bazar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.
We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item
to request a return/exchange.
Once the return/exchange product is received it will be inspected and the return/exchange will be approved and delivered
within 4 day.
