Yes, charges for printing on the bags are extra. Charges depend on the printing technic and number of bags.
No, Shipping is free on NO PLASTIC SHOP.
You can pay with PayTM, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, PayUmoney and Net Banking.
Orders received before 4 PM are typically shipped on the same working day. Rarely sudden increase in demand for a certain product may delay the shipping.
In case of customisation, we take 3-4 days for printing.
Orders received from Delhi NCR usually delivered next day of shipping. For rest of India it may take 3-4 working days.
When your order is shipped by us, you will receive an email providing a tracking number and link to track your order.
Yes, you can make a change or cancel the order before it is shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been shipped.

Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently from No Plastic Shop to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!
